The St Simons Island Rotary Scholarship Fund assists the family of Millard and Frances Allen in awarding a scholarship established to honor the Allens’ memory to students in our community who strive to make a meaningful impact in both their local community and the world beyond.
The Millard and Frances Allen Scholarship for Future Leaders honors one graduating senior in Glynn County each year. Millard and Frances were defined by faith, family, service, and leadership.
